Inspection of CNC Machining Machines

Grinding works constitute the last stage of the basic production works. Workpieces that work by sliding over or rotating within each other must be machined to the desired tolerance and quality. If this is not achieved, labor, time and money spent on the production of workpieces that come to the grinding stage are wasted.

High precision and surface quality is expected in plane or cylindrical grinding operations. However, although it is very suitable for numerical control in terms of technology, it is too late to use numerical control in the grinding field. Producer companies have solved the problems related to grinding, integrated their production with numerical control system and developed their own CNC systems.

Control standards designed for turning and machining centers are not suitable for grinding machines. Therefore, the control systems of the grinding machines needed different solutions than the other machines used. Grinding machines often require high precision and a wide range of feed rates up to 0.1 microns (eg feed rates ranging from 0.02 mm / min to 60 m / min). In addition, special grinding cycles are required for grinding operations. For example, there is a need for cycles such as waiting, oscillation, gradual progress increase, and stone grinding. Also, automatic cutter compensation should be done after the grinding wheel is sharpened and without curving the linear and estimated speed. Since the amount of cutter used in grinding machines is not very high, the compensation is also very simple.

CNC machine tools are among the machines that create a danger to employee health. Therefore, in accordance with the Regulation on Health and Safety in the Use of Work Equipment, the controls of these machines and their equipment are carried out in the periods and criteria that the manufacturer considers appropriate, unless a different period and condition is explained in the relevant standards. However, if the manufacturer does not foresee any period or condition, then a risk assessment is made by considering the workplace conditions in which the machines are used, how often they are used and how much they are used, and control periods are determined accordingly. However, it must be checked at least once a year.

Our company, CNC machine tool inspection, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, standards and test methods published by domestic and foreign organizations.
