Periodic Inspection and Inspection of Cargo Lift

In factories, large or small enterprises, service stations, construction sites, even in workshops, load lifting elevators of various capacities are used according to the characteristics and needs of the work. Lifts, cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes, vehicle lifts, hoists, platforms, forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, lifts, hoists and many other vehicles including these lifting and transmitting machines. All these machines are generally used for lifting, moving and lowering a load in the areas where they are used.

Lifts carry a number of risks due to the heavy load they carry. For example, the loads carried by the lift by breaking the rope or chain, or by releasing the mechanical connections may fall or fall over. Loads may also fall or fall over due to leaks in the hydraulic systems of the lift or due to breakdowns in the braking system or because of the loading capacity above the load capacity. In fact, some accidents may occur due to the failure of the warning systems on the lifts. In order to avoid such a bad situation, the hoists should be checked and inspected periodically.

According to the provisions of the Regulation on Health and Safety in the Use of Work Equipment in force, if there is no contrary criteria in the standards, the hoist must lift at least the 1,25 floor of the declared load safely and keep it in the air. In addition, there must be robust load brakes to keep the load in the air.

The persons who will carry out the inspections and inspections of the hoists must be impartial, independent and reliable. For this reason, controls to be carried out by third parties or organizations other than those who design, sell, supply, assemble, use or maintain the lifts are valid.

Our company carries out regular inspections and inspections of all kinds of hoists within the scope of periodic controls of hoisting and conveying machines in compliance with the legal regulations in force and the standards published by national and international organizations. If the control and inspection intervals and the criteria to be taken are not included in the standards, controls and inspections are carried out in compliance with the intervals and criteria stipulated by the company producing the lifts.
