In particular, the aforementioned regulation sets out the minimum requirements for the use of machinery and equipment used in the workplace in terms of health and safety. The Annex to the Regulation on Maintenance, Repairs and Periodic Inspections (Annex 3) describes the lifting and transmission equipment as well as the control criteria and control standards to be considered in these controls, as well as general explanations.
