Machine Evaluation

The valuation studies of machinery and equipment are examined and reported for the individual machines in an enterprise, or on the basis of independent machines or in the whole production line within the enterprise.

In the machinery valuation studies, first of all, the property information of all kinds of machines and equipments to be subject to valuation is determined. No assumptions or approaches are taken into account in this regard and the existence of relevant documents is taken as a basis. While determining the ownership information of the machinery and equipment subject to the appraisal, it is also determined whether there are legal transactions such as pledge, foreclosure, sale or grant and this information is included in the report. Machines that are not registered and do not have invoices are not included in the valuation scope.

Factors that affect machine valuation positively or negatively are shown in the report. In addition, regular inspections and inspections of the machines are investigated and regular maintenance schedules are checked.

In machine appraisal processes, the documents and certificates owned by the enterprise, manufacturing qualification status, working license and ISO 9000-like quality control documents are questioned.

Whether the machines and equipment subject to the appraisal will be demanded in different sectors and whether they have equivalents in the market are also taken into consideration. The machines are evaluated especially during operation and the valuation process is performed. The information on whether there is a second hand sale is added to the report.

The old reports issued during machine valuation studies are also examined and positive and negative factors that directly affect the valuation between the date of the previous report and today are taken into consideration.
