In the past the first amusement park was established in 1903 in New York. This amusement park, which has been operating for the full 41 year, was closed down later and reopened in 2010. Amusement parks are entertainment centers with many toys and machines. Since the first samples do not have electricity yet, more arm power is used to operate. Over time, it has become modern.

The biggest problem in the amusement park, where accidents happen from time to time, is the neglect of the maintenance and repair works that should be done frequently. However, many recreational vehicles in the amusement parks are in serious danger to human health.

Today, amusement parks have turned into theme parks where a full day is spent. Theme parks are based on a specific theme. They are large entertainment centers consisting of different entertainment systems in a wide range of indoor and outdoor areas. They cater to crowded groups of people and include a variety of entertainment activities for different purposes. These parks generally cater to all age groups.

Theme parks or theme parks are consequently a workplace, with many machines that pose a risk to human health. In this respect, all machines used in these places are subject to the Regulation on Health and Safety in the Use of Work Equipment issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. This regulation describes the conditions that all work machines and equipment used in workplaces should have in terms of health and safety. Accordingly, amusement park machines should be checked and examined regularly at least once a year.
