Appliance Gas Combustion Inspection

The Regulation on Gas Appliances (2009 / 142 / AT) has been drawn up on the basis of the European Union directive on gas appliances. All gas-burning devices and their equipment to be submitted to the European Union are requested to be safe and reliable. This directive and regulation covers the basic requirements for devices and equipment to be sent to the European Union countries. However, it does not give a warning or example of how these requirements are met. In this way, manufacturers are given flexibility in technical solutions. The only expectation in this regard is production within the framework of harmonized standards regulation.

In these legal regulations, gas-burning devices are intended to mean gas-burning devices that are used for heating, cooking, cooling, obtaining hot water, lighting or washing, and where necessary, to obtain water whose temperature does not exceed 105. By means of the equipment of gas-burning devices are meant the control and adjustment means, which are designed to be fitted to gas-burning devices and which are marketed on their own for commercial purposes.

The Regulation on Gas Burning Devices (2009 / 142 / AT) introduces a legal obligation from the year 1996. All devices and equipment covered by the Regulation are required to bear the CE mark. However, there are some exceptions to the regulation. For example, according to the regulation, gaseous fuel is gaseous fuel at 1 degree temperature under 15 bar pressure. Therefore, natural gas and LPG devices are separated from each other.

The appliance provided by the inspection and testing institutions includes the gas combustion conformity inspection services, the devices used for heating, cooking, cooling, hot water supply, lighting or washing and ironing. The aforementioned regulation defines basic requirements and requirements for the design and performance of devices. For example, devices must be supplied with appropriate installation, maintenance and use instructions, the devices should be made of suitable materials, should not be affected by adverse weather conditions and network fluctuations, should show normal wear and tear, prevent unburned gas output, safely ignite, the controls should not overheat and consume an acceptable amount of energy.

Our company carries out the device gas combustion conformity inspection studies within the scope of the inspection and tests of the gas incineration plants in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and standards and test methods published by domestic and foreign organizations.
