Vacuum Tank Periodic Inspection and Inspection

Vacuum means a space in which there is no substance, no atom or molecule. It is generally used to identify areas in which the air pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure around it, or where the pressure is reduced. In practice, it is not possible to obtain a completely emptied cavity, ie, vacuum, under laboratory conditions. Vacuum is widely used in technology, especially in space technologies.

Vacuum and cooling tanks are used in PVC, PE and PP pipelines designed for high capacity and high efficiency. PVC, polyvinyl chloride, PE polyethylene, PP is polypropylene. These are synthetic plastic polymers.

Vacuum is defined as the closed volume filled by gases whose pressure is below atmospheric pressure. In industry, the word vacuum refers to environments in which the plan gases form pressures below atmospheric pressure. Vacuum is also defined as the absorption or condensation of molecules that generate the gas or pressure in question by pumps.

Briefly, reducing the air pressure below atmospheric pressure is called vacuum. Since the pressure in the vacuum forming area decreases below the pressure value of the air, the air in the open area flows into the area where the vacuum is formed. If an object approaches the duct where the air flow is, the object is absorbed by the effect of vacuum.

Artificial vacuum can be created by reducing the gas density where gas molecules are present. The spontaneous gas-free environment in space is the natural vacuum.

In technology, vacuum and pressure units are expressed in the same units. Torr or Pascal is used as a unit in vacuum studies. The lowest vacuum obtained in the laboratory is the 10-15 atmosphere, and 30 billion atoms per cubic meter volume. In space there is an atom per cubic meter.

According to the Regulation on Health and Safety in the Use of Work Equipment issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, vacuum tanks are included in the pressure vessels and installations group with the reverse pressure feature. For this reason, inspection and inspection operations should be carried out once a year by mechanical engineers, machine technicians and high technicians.

Our company conducts regular checks and inspections of vacuum tanks within the framework of periodic controls of pressure vessels in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and standards and test methods published by domestic and foreign organizations.
