Pressure vessels, compressors in general, air tanks, boilers, steam and hot water containers, hidophore and expansion tanks, gas tanks, liquefied petroleum gas tanks and cylinders, industrial gas storage tanks, heating boilers and hot oil boilers containers. In accordance with the current regulations, pressure vessels are defined as containers and equipment with an internal pressure higher than the 0,5 bar. This definition includes all kinds of pressure vessels and their piping systems, security systems and other equipment.
There is also a risk of explosion at any pressure point. Therefore, almost all of the pressure vessels are equipped with devices that reduce the high pressure below the limit values, such as safety valves and pressure relief systems, in order to prevent hazards if the prescribed pressure values are exceeded.
The Regulation on Health and Safety in the Use of Work Equipment issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in 2013 establishes the minimum conditions that must be complied with in terms of health and safety during the use of all kinds of machinery and equipment in all workplaces. The types of machines and equipment used are described in the annex (Annex 3) of the relevant regulation on maintenance, repair and periodic checks of how often these should be inspected and inspected and which criteria and standards must be complied with.
This regulation is based on Directive 2009 / 104 / EC published by the European Union.
