LVD High Voltage Test

EThe electrical energy generated in the electrical power plants is transmitted to the distribution lines and the electricity transmission lines are expected to be installed safely and to transmit electricity with the lowest losses. High voltage lines are the lines installed between residential areas and power plants. On these lines, 150 carries voltage over a thousand volts.

During the high voltage tests carried out in authorized laboratories, different test methods are applied depending on the length, cross-section and type of the cable. Some laboratories are capable of testing up to 20 kilometers long.
